Do you struggle with getting a good night’s sleep? I know I do! Between the everyday stresses of life and all the screens demanding our attention, it can be a challenge to decompress and relax at a reasonable hour each night. 

October is one of my favorite months. After the hustle and bustle of September and getting back into a school year routine, October always feels more relaxing and fall-like.
